I think that “identity” can be defined by the behavioral aspects and actions which form an impression about a human being. Values can be important in case of understanding one’s identity because a human being can have a diversified set of values which might not necessarily be the same as the set of values of another human being. Beliefs can also be another important element in understanding one’s identity because there can be social beliefs, cultural beliefs as well as religious beliefs which might be different for different individuals.
